Dr. Shobande is board-certified in Internal Medicine and board-eligible for Nephrology. She completed her fellowship at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin, and her residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago/ Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, Illinois.

Mustafa Kagalwalla, M.D.
Mustafa Kagalwalla, MD graduated from medical school at Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College in Mumbai, India. He then completed his Internal Medicine residency at Mount Sinai Saint Luke’s-West Hospital Center in New York, NY and his Nephrology fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Dr. Kagalwalla is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to his patients which incorporates the latest advancements in kidney medicine. He believes that understanding the patient’s concerns by establishing strong communication is of utmost importance. He is an advocate of preventive medicine and treats patients with compassion and respect.
ANGEL WATKINS, NP-C
Angel Watkins has been in the medical field for 19 years. She has worked 16 years in various areas including medical/surgical, pulmonary/cardiac, intensive care as well as hemodialysis in the acute and chronic setting. In the past 3 years, she has focused on primary care setting as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Angel has provided patients with efficient and quality of care in decreasing risk factors and improving positive outcomes in medical conditions.
Her Philosophy of care involves patients and family being knowledgeable of their disease processes, support, as well as collaborating with specialists to improve outcomes of healthcare. Angel is currently a member of the Society of Nurses in Advanced Practice.
